Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain web and/or desktop applications, primarily using a Microsoft technology stack.
• Learn and support additional technologies as needed for the organization.
• Accurately estimate software development projects and tasks.
• Lead and collaborate on efforts to analyze and understand complex requirements.
• Ensure delivered applications meet or exceed user expectations and are quality proven.
• Exercise creative and analytical thinking with diverse groups to envision and execute solutions.
• Build productive working relationships and present technical designs to non-technical audiences.
