Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an IT Program Management Lead to drive complex IT initiatives aligned with business goals. You will partner with business leaders, translate strategic needs into roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of ERP, digital, and data projects across SAP, S4HANA, SFDC, and CPQ.

The role reports to the Director IT Business Partner and offers a hybrid work model with onsite requirements for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, business, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT program management and digital transformation.
• Hands-on ERP, commercial and digital tech experience (SAP, S/4HANA, Salesforce, CPQ).
• Minimum 3 years leading IT projects and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT initiatives and partnerships to drive business value.
• Oversee ERP, SAP, SFDC, CPQ, and data initiatives end-to-end.
• Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise objectives and timelines.
• Drive adoption of new processes with measurable impact.
• Engage senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders for decision making.
