Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or purchasing experience.
• Experience procuring technology products and services, including software, hardware, cloud services, or telecommunications solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for technology-related goods and services, including hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, AI tools, telecommunications services, maintenance agreements, and consulting services.
• Determine and implement procurement strategy and acquisition methods per University policies and state regulations.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier assessments to identify sourcing opportunities and achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with ITS and campus stakeholders to develop procurement requirements, prepare RFPs/IFBs/RFIs/RFQs, and manage negotiations and awards.
• Negotiate pricing, licensing terms, SLAs, and other contractual provisions to protect the University’s interests.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and maintain thorough documentation.
