A leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider is seeking an Initiative Portfolio Manager to oversee portfolios within the IT global business services team. This role involves managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives. A university degree in IT, Finance, or Business along with over 5 years of experience in a corporate manufacturing environment is required. The salary range is competitive, from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a corporate manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Experience in process improvement and re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more portfolios for continuous process improvement.
• Lead team and ensure compliance with IT Governance processes.
• Collaborate with IT PMO & leadership for project management.
