Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework and foster collaborative IT and business partnerships. You will drive value-oriented plans to guide proactive decisions in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee portfolio reporting standards, manage budgets from mid to large scales, and coach teams in Lean-Agile practices to optimize delivery and investment outcomes.

Formación

• Experience maturing lean portfolio management across IT organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and investments.
• Strong collaboration with IT, Finance and business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Mature lean portfolio management framework across IT to enable value realization.
• Develop value-oriented plans guiding proactive decision making amidst constraints.
• Oversee portfolio reporting on budget, schedule, risks, and KPI metrics.
• Lead Lean-Agile practices, coaching PMs, Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Balance portfolio value with risk, dependencies and resource allocation.
