WesBanco, Inc. seeks an experienced IT GRC professional to independently handle advanced governance, risk and compliance within the bank's technology framework.

The role ensures alignment with regulatory expectations, enterprise risk appetite, and industry frameworks including NIST CSF 2.0, FFIEC IT Examination Handbook, CIS Controls v8 and CRI Profile. The position requires strong policy management, risk assessment expertise, and the ability to support ongoing examinations, audits, and AI

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, or CISSP are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the technology policy hierarchy aligned to NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls v8, and FFIEC guidance.
• Supports IT risk assessment program and IT risk register.
• Performs control self-assessments across IT domains.
• Supports Third-Party Risk Management including vendor due diligence.
• Assists with regulatory examinations and audits, tracking findings and remediation.
• Develops and reports technology risk metrics and KRIs for governance.
• Supports AI governance activities including AI inventory, risk tiering, and lifecycle controls.
