Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Functional/Financial Analyst to support the FHWA CPIC program in Washington, DC. This role involves planning changes to the IT portfolio, managing investment criteria, and coordinating data for CPIC processes and reporting.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years in federal capital planning/budgeting/finance, and strong written and oral communication skills, plus the ability to obtain DOT Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to improve CPIC processes and stakeholder communications.
• Assist FHWA in planning IT portfolio changes and CPIC execution.
• Support CPIC Program management including IRB and portfolio management tools.
• Prepare and deliver CPIC reporting such as AITPS/AITPSD and MITDB.
• Coordinate IT Spend Plan data collection, quality, and submissions with stakeholders.
