Job summary

VTG Defense in Bethesda, MD seeks an experienced IT Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to document and shape the client's IT enterprise architecture, enabling interoperability and mission-critical operations across agencies.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and deliver integrated cloud-ready solutions while promoting innovation and continuous improvement. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
12–15 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 10–13 years; doctorate optional.
Proven Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer background.
Strong knowledge of EA frameworks: UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF.
Familiarity with SysML or UML and Model-Based Systems Engineering.
Experience migrating/integrating systems in a cloud environment.
Five+ years IC experience preferred; familiarity with M365.

Responsibilities
