Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic digital programs across enterprise-wide teams in La Crosse. You will collaborate with executives to define technology needs and drive transformation initiatives with a forward-looking change-management approach.

The role covers full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment using Agile and Waterfall methods, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and intended benefits across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent business experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise or global technology programs.
• Proven ability to develop multi-year program roadmaps and execute against them.
• Full lifecycle deployment experience with ERP/CRM/HCM/WMS/MES systems.
• Proficiency with Scrum, Agile, Waterfall methodologies and planning/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR; certification a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive reporting skills.
• Experience with process mapping and Six Sigma/SIPOC; data governance and API integration knowledge.
• PMP or CPM certification a plus; willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Delivers multifaceted IT programs across infrastructure, cyber, business applications, or collaboration platforms.
• Provides day-to-day leadership to cross-functional program teams with autonomy.
• Builds and maintains the program plan, milestones, schedules, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Drives day-to-day execution, assesses risks, and implements contingency plans.
• Governs vendors and systems integrators, including SOWs and milestone tracking.
• Creates, delivers, and maintains a program Communication Plan.
• Leads change management activities and ensures end-user readiness.
• Manages full delivery lifecycle of business applications from requirements to post go-live support.
• Ensures alignment with business owners and regulatory requirements.
• Tracks budgets, resource forecasts, and ROI against plan.
• Ensures proper SOX compliance and food/beverage regulatory requirements are met.
