Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IP counsel and support in pharmaceutical small molecules.
• 2–3 years of in-house experience preferred.
• Membership in good standing of the California Bar or eligible for California Registered In-House Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global IP portfolio including patent applications.
• Develop and implement IP strategy.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate reviews and analyze patent positions.
