Job summary

Ferragamo is seeking an Associate Planner for the Secondary channel to manage inventory in Outlet and Bargain, recapping key business metrics and supporting the Secondary Director of Planning. The role relies on strong analytical skills to review results and ensure timely delivery across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative skills; forecasting experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Business Objects.
• Fluent in English; ability to pull data from multiple sources.
• Ability to develop reports for executive review.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels through various channels.
• Allocate full-price transfers and Made For Outlet SKUs.
• Balance stock between stores and transfer from Outlet to Bargain.
• Forecast DC shipment quantities by week.
• Enter orders for licensed categories, ATS, and Made For Outlet in system.
• Run and share weekly recaps, compare vs forecast, budget and LY; make data-driven recommendations.
• Enter all promotional and permanent markdowns in system.
• Forecast Sample Sale sales, transfer inventory, set pricing, recap results.
• Create Off Price offers for the Wholesale team.
• Support destruction process and transfer selected SKUs as needed.
• Assist in developing new processes, tools, and methods.
• Maintain communication with Buying, Finance, Retail Operations, Stores.
• Create ad hoc reports as needed.
