Job summary

Helmet House, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Allocation Analyst to support inventory placement, replenishment, and allocation decisions across dealer partners.

The role collaborates with retail inventory analysts to optimize sell-through, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory. This full-time hybrid position is based at our Calabasas Hills, CA headquarters and interfaces with Merchandising, Field Operations, and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inventory planning, allocation, replenishment, or retail operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with BI reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly replenishment and allocation activities across dealer locations.
• Create, review, and process replenishment and retail allocation orders; ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute stock reports; monitor markdowns, returns, and inventory adjustments.
