You will convert accounts, review deal structures with sales, and build budgets and variance analyses while spotting cost-saving opportunities. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in the general ledger and provide clear variance commentary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support senior teammates.
• Hands-on finance experience that holds up to follow-up questions.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience that survives a whiteboard interview.
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output.
• 5 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.

Responsibilities

• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read.
• Sit with sales on deal structure before the ownership-driven contract is signed.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for CloudEdge Corp.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed spend analysis.
• Build variance commentary executives actually read top to bottom.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Spot the duplicate payment before it leaves the account.
