Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in BI, analytics, or strategy consulting in tech.
• Ability to ethically source, validate and synthesize high-signal insights with privacy standards.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and prompt engineering to automate analyses.
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools and handling 1P/3P datasets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for data querying and analysis.
• Proven statistical analysis experience including causal inference and Bayesian methods.
• Strong communication for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build analytics orgs/products.

Responsibilities

• Influence product direction through data-driven narratives and market understanding.
• Lead advanced analyses on 3P datasets and develop forecasts for strategy.
• Onboard and evaluate external datasets for signal quality and predictive power.
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to produce high-fidelity trend reports.
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to assess impact of market shocks and actions.
• Advise on insights to improve forecasts and market understanding.
• Promote data governance and reproducible analytics practices.
