Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior specialist to steer competitive intelligence and AI-enabled research strategies within our Enterprise Strategy group in the United States. You will own Crayon, guide knowledge management, and translate tool capabilities into strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate with Strategy leaders, coordinate with vendors, and lead enablement initiatives to scale research workflows and drive executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in market/competitive intelligence or related function.
• Advanced Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong business acumen linking tool capabilities to outcomes.
• Experience leading enablement or change management across large teams.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic oversight and optimization of competitive intelligence and AI-enabled research capabilities.
• Support the Enterprise Strategy team's research tool ecosystem by partnering with the Lead Director.
• Act as the SME and product owner of the team’s knowledge management system (Crayon).
• Organize requirements and work with vendors on new features, oversee utilization reporting, and identify ways to leverage platforms for research needs.
• Partner closely with Strategy leaders and external vendors to align tool capabilities with evolving business needs.
