Job summary

Meta is seeking a dynamic Program Manager for the Integrity Product Program Management team. You will lead large-scale programs, build cross-functional relationships, and oversee risk management across integrity initiatives.

You will develop playbooks, drive adoption, and scale processes to reduce overhead and speed execution while partnering with teams across Meta to protect users at scale and improve product integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management supporting product development.
• Integrity experience in user safety, trust and safety, product inception, or scalability.
• Experience with product development methodologies, including agile and product execution.
• Experience evaluating data to understand trends and support decision making.
• Experience driving alignment amongst leadership, peers, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying root causes of complex issues, developing solutions and driving resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple integrity programs using agile best practices with cross-functional collaboration.
• Evaluate problem spaces and audit related issues to ensure universal, de-duplicated solutions.
• Build playbooks and channels to scale integrity products with minimal friction for partners.
• Drive standardized playbooks to identify and close gaps for integrity experiences.
• Scale playbooks to increase speed to execute and reduce overhead.
• Develop Meta-wide playbooks for launching integrity levers during crisis and steady state.
• Forge close relationships with cross-functional teams within Meta, including integrity and other orgs.
• Engage with cross-Meta teams to mature capabilities on company-wide initiatives and governance.
• Demonstrate analysis skills through findings and data-informed product decisions and metrics.
• Select appropriate integrity metrics to measure success and highlight trends from data.
