• Make sound decisions related to policy coverage and terminations.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, members, and others.
• Organize duties with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Code and enter data into GFB systems; review pertinent software.
• Support policyholder services projects and divisional goals.
