Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a senior strategy professional to craft analysis on diverse topics and influence executive decisions. You will synthesize internal and external data, develop compelling narratives, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.

You will conduct deep dives, connect dots, and proactively anticipate needs while leveraging AI tools to deepen insights and speed up strategic thought leadership. This is a senior individual contributor role.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or a similar analytical role.
Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is welcome but not required – how you think matters more.
Direct experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial software, or related segments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Transform complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level communications.
Articulate complex strategic recommendations and insights clearly through presentations, reports, and discussions.
Bring thought leadership to strategic dialogues with deep understanding of strategic topics.
Build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive adoption of strategic initiatives.
Actively explore and leverage AI tools to improve strategic analysis and accelerate insights.
