• Identify risks, analyze impacts, and propose practical mitigations for leadership.
• Support operating discipline with clear plans, follow-ups, and status reporting.
• Develop senior-leader materials: structured briefings, options, and recommendations.
• Synthesize complex topics into concise narratives for executives.
• Prepare working sessions and coordinate stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate across businesses and Global to align priorities.
• Communicate with clarity and discretion at all levels of the organization.
