Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across the organization by leading sessions to identify potential new initiatives and developing a roadmap of new initiatives and tests.
• Support development of solutions in partnership with functional experts.
• Define the test plan to understand interdependencies between tests, sequencing of testing, and identifying key performance metrics.
• Conduct test analysis to understand performance and identify opportunities to enhance the initiative.
• Determine when ready for market expansion.
• Maintain a communication strategy to inform executives on results from strategic initiatives and overall business performance.
