Job summary

You’ll develop strategic plans, resolve complex issues, and align initiatives across business units while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership. Office-based position with exposure to healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in strategic planning or related work in business or healthcare.
• 2+ years consulting experience (external or internal).
• 6+ years in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry.
• Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across the Enterprise, with roles in leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, and project management.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key units.
• Support teams in identifying and resolving complex issues critical to initiatives' success.
• Help identify initiative impacts to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
