Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation practice in the United States. You will help clients define and execute technology transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, modernize infrastructure environments, and enable business growth.

You will lead across cloud, data center, network, workplace, security, and modernization initiatives, while building consulting and leadership capabilities. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, technology strategy, or infrastructure operations.
• 8+ years delivering complex technology or infrastructure transformation projects.
• 8+ years knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), infrastructure technologies, and IT operations.
• 8+ years project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• 8+ years experience working directly with clients and senior technology leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of infrastructure environments, operating models, and technology capabilities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on priorities and future-state vision.
• Manage workstreams within large-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Track project progress, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs; ensure delivery quality.
