Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Manager, Information Security to shape how security enables the business while protecting critical assets. You will partner with leadership to evaluate emerging tech and build programs that balance risk and growth.

In this role you’ll own security policy and resilience planning, lead incident response, and drive risk-based guidance across the organization. You’ll influence culture and work closely with executives to align security with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of information security experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Security as a business enabler, not a roadblock.

Responsibilities

• Own the security strategy and risk management program.
• Advise on new technologies, AI capabilities, and third‑party vendors with risk-based guidance.
• Lead incident response and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
• Own security policy, standards, and awareness programs to drive shared responsibility.
