Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• CPA/Bar or equivalent credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect tax planning and compliance initiatives.
• Guide teams in system interactions and linkages.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and completion.
• Coach team members to leverage strengths and manage performance.
• Develop skills outside comfort zones and mentor junior staff.
• Utilize AI fluency and digital tooling to enhance tax strategy.
• Collaborate on tax disputes and indirect tax controversies.
• Review work to deepen team knowledge.
