Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead indirect category strategies and supplier negotiations. You will conduct complex price analyses, develop strategy, and manage RFPs above $100,000, contributing to SRM and policy improvements across functions.

The role requires strong negotiation and analytics, with ability to operate in a multicultural, fast-paced environment and coordinate with senior leadership to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience with Sourcing, Contracting and P2P suites (Oracle, Coupa, SAP Ariba) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform price analysis and develop strategies for dynamic market conditions.
• Develop procurement and negotiation strategies; negotiate price, availability, quality, service, and delivery schedule.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities including RFPs above $100,000.
• Measure and evaluate suppliers under SRM program.
• Contribute to supply chain and procurement policy improvements.
• Execute category management and stakeholder engagement.
