Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an IBP Specialist to support the Integrated Business Planning team within Wood-Products. You will influence inventory management, invoice validation, order processing, and product data to drive efficient operations. The role partners with S&OP managers, traders, and external warehouses to optimize processes and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Transportation to manage inventory across multiple facilities.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including third-party facilities and system transactions.
• Oversee invoicing and resolve billing issues.
