Job summary

Serco Inc. invites a skilled Integrated Air and Missile Defense Planning and Interoperability Analyst to support 9 AF AFCENT and USCENTCOM at Shaw AFB, SC.

You will help develop joint surface-to-air and fixed-wing employment concepts across a theater-wide system, producing operational guides, CONPLANS, appendices, and campaign plans. The role requires DoD IAMD mission experience, an active security clearance, MS Office proficiency, and readiness to travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Active DoD IAMD experience or equivalent.
• Ability to develop and evaluate IAMD operation plans and exercises.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email systems.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Willingness to travel 25% CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of concept-of-operations and rules-of-engagement for joint air-and-missile defense operations.
• Coordinate with service components, HHQ, and coalition partners to implement an integrated defense plan.
• Develop fiscal year operational engagement proposals for USAFCENT/USCENTCOM.
• Create assessment plans to evaluate IAMD programs and exercises.
• Organize meetings, conferences, briefings, and site surveys to support operational planning.
