Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic HRBP to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving talent strategies that boost engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner on org design, succession planning, and employee development, while leveraging HR data to inform coaching and decisions. This is a fully remote role based in the United States with travel up to 10% and Texas residency required for in-person meetings.

Qualifications

  • Seven years in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic capacity.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge business leaders effectively.
  • Experience using HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Autonomous in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and clear the background check.
  • Residency in Texas to attend in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and org effectiveness.
  • Lead talent discussions including succession planning and high-potential calibration.
  • Partner with leadership to design organizational structures and team models aligned to business goals.
  • Use data to drive strategic recommendations and coaching conversations.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence and Employee Relations for integrated HR support.
  • Support change initiatives, culture efforts, and manager capability-building.
  • Stay current on HR trends and regulatory updates relevant to the business.
  • Incumbents will follow any other instructions and perform related duties as assigned.
