Job summary

GEODIS is seeking an HR Director to lead transformation for the U.S. Transportation segment, guiding the function from tactical support to strategic business partner as revenue around $800M.

You will build a high-performing HR team, modernize processes, and drive continuous improvement to accelerate growth and improve customer service. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will design talent strategies, oversee HR operations, manage complex employee relations across multi-state sites, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership.
• Experience in labor relations, employment law, and complex employee relations.
• Experience in multi-state/multi-site environments.
• Proven track record leading HR transformation and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR transformation agenda including automation and technology adoption.
• Design and implement talent strategies focusing on training and succession.
• Partner with executives to shape HR strategy, including M&A integration.
• Drive a high-performance culture and executive coaching on people issues.
• Oversee HR operations with centers of excellence and ensure stellar candidate/associate experience.
• Serve as liaison with external counsel and report strategic insights to the executive team.
• Advise leaders on workforce matters and organizational effectiveness.
