Job summary

RAUCH Fruchtsäfte is seeking a seasoned HR professional in Phoenix to lead end-to-end employee relations for a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will partner with plant leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and policy development, ensuring strong regulatory compliance and data integrity in SAP/Paylocity.

You will coach leaders, conduct investigations, and drive talent development while managing leave programs and complex other HR duties in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Five+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume operations.
  • Experience partnering with leadership on employee relations and performance management.
  • Experience with workers' compensation, ADA accommodations, FMLA, and leave administration.
  • Experience supporting external audits and regulatory compliance including SMETA, I-9, and customer audits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex employee relations matters end to end, including investigations, performance issues, disciplinary action, and separations.
  • Prepare and review corrective actions, Performance Improvement Plans, and separation documentation with consistency and legal defensibility.
  • Partner with legal counsel and leadership on sensitive matters and resolve workplace conflict.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, documentation, and communication during change.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law and company policy.
  • Administer workers compensation claims, ADA accommodations, FMLA, and other leave programs with carriers and leadership.
  • Maintain employee data and HR records in SAP/Paylocity and support audits.
