Job summary

Avis Budget Group, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as an internal partner delivering comprehensive HR programs for field operations (~450 employees).

You will collaborate with management to design talent, workforce planning, and performance management programs, lead leadership development, and support retention initiatives to align with company goals. Qualifications

• 5+ years of generalist/HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
• Labor relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support union, non-union, management and staff in the specified departments and field locations and ensure HR compliance from both a legal and company policy perspective.
• Define talent management needs and design & implement HR programs (org design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, etc.).
• Facilitate leadership development and key talent retention efforts.
