Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and leadership coaching.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• English proficiency; Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations matters and drive fair, compliant outcomes.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and update on escalated matters.
• Coach HR partners and leaders on case management and risk mitigation.
• Identify ER trends and recommend proactive actions to improve experience.
• Lead high-priority HR initiatives and support process standardization.
• Partner with site HR and leaders to build capability and leadership.
