Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an HR Manager who serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, aligning business objectives with people strategies across designated units. You will partner with leaders to deliver value-added HR services while maintaining awareness of financial position, culture, and engagement.

The role leads People Support Territory staff, fosters a positive workplace culture, and ensures compliance with laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with leaders to shape impactful HR programs aligned with Power’s values.
• Manage workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management with measurable outcomes.
• Protect confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Partner with People Leadership to align processes with organizational objectives.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Lead performance management programs and drive growth.
• Collaborate to implement tailored HR programs across business units.
• Assess culture and engagement; implement improvements and training.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on performance management for territory managers.
• Assist with training evaluation and ensure objectives are met.
