Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to influence all levels of the organization; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with local management to manage staffing, training, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, and administer benefits and compensation programs.
  • Implement strategic HR initiatives and conduct HR audits and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee data, conduct investigations, and support succession planning.
  • Travel up to 60% as needed to support division operations.
