Job summary

AMETEK MRO in Tulsa, OK and Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Midwest HR team and partner with facility leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

You will oversee staffing, payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, and regulatory compliance, while promoting engagement and a positive work environment across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• Five+ years of human resources experience.
• Two+ years overseeing payroll processing.
• Experience with federal, state and regulatory agencies affecting U.S. workforce.
• PHR or SPHR is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team in the Midwest region and support divisional initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to coach and guide teams.
• Oversee staffing and recruitment to meet business needs.
