Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies and communicate changes across areas.
• Advise and counsel employees on workplace conflicts, performance matters and investigations.
• Oversee leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and train staff on policies, benefits and prevention topics.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll entries with audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes, and HR budgeting initiatives.
