Job summary

You will partner with business leaders and the Corporate HR Team to address people-related challenges, administer HRIS, onboarding, performance management, and policy development. You will lead talent development, training programs, investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws while advancing DEI initiatives and change

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate HR initiatives and implement them within the assigned business unit.
• Conduct orientation, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR team.
• Administer HRIS, performance management, policy development, and DEI initiatives.
• Investigate employee relations issues and facilitate disciplinary actions when needed.
