Job summary

Westwood Professional Services in Kansas City seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with project objectives across corporate, technical, and field teams. This onsite role partners with division leaders to guide workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and compliance while supporting safety and project delivery culture.

The HRBP will partner with leaders on change initiatives, performance, and compliance across locations, ensuring fair labor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting project-based or operational teams.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic HR partner to Division leaders and align people strategies with project pipelines.
Share workforce planning across locations and collaborate with Talent Acquisition for technical roles.
Advise on career development for technical and project-based staff and support talent progression.
Assist with performance management, and compliant HR actions across field and office teams.
