Job summary

Kindred Hospital Seattle – First Hill is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead strategic planning, direct day-to-day operations, and guide the organization toward quality, economical health care delivery. You will oversee budgeting, policy development, and regulatory compliance while partnering with clinicians and executives to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Five years’ senior-level experience in healthcare administration/management, preferably in a hospital setting, with experience in facility operations management, human resources management and/or finance required.
• Prior sales/marketing/public relations experience strongly preferred.
• Executive Fellow program given priority consideration.
• Graduate level education and/or completion of Executive Fellow program may substitute on a year-to-year basis for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and directing overall hospital operations.
• Direct day-to-day management and leadership across multiple sites.
• Develop and manage the hospital budget and ensure financial stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
