Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Supply Chain Contracts Manager for a full-time daytime role. You will initiate, review and execute contracts for supplies, equipment and services, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize system-wide procurements.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in healthcare supply chain or contracting, strong Word/Excel skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years healthcare supply chain or contract management experience.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; experience with SharePoint/PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with Lawson Materials Management and change management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, review and execute purchasing contracts for supplies, equipment and services.
• Identify and execute system-wide opportunities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure contract compliance with regulatory entities and policies.
• Support change and performance initiatives with leadership teams.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and leadership across PeaceHealth.
