  • Ensure account execution remains aligned with contractual, clinical, financial, quality, and compliance requirements, proactively identifying and remediating risk
  • Translate Welby Health’s clinical performance into measurable client value, including improved quality outcomes, reimbursement, cost management, and total cost of care
  • Convert high-performing accounts into strategic proof points, case studies, and referenceable partnerships that support broader growth and expansion

Required Qualifications

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex conversations, and drive alignment across competing priorities
  • Proven ability to operate across strategic and operational levels, translating enterprise priorities into disciplined execution
  • Demonstrated ability to build structure and drive results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited established playbooks
  • Track record of owning measurable commercial outcomes, including account expansion, upsell, revenue growth, or net revenue retention, within healthcare or a healthcare-adjacent environment

Preferred Qualifications
