The candidate will transform business inputs into executive-ready insights to guide leadership on focus, growth, and execution. The role requires 2+ years in strategy-related roles, B2B manufacturing experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or related roles.
• Experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial goods or energy/automation.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data triangulation.
• Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills.
• Strong financial analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario thinking.
• Clear, concise communicator and comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain core performance views across actuals, plan, and forecast.
• Analyze results vs. Plan / Forecast / Prior Year, explaining key drivers and implications.
• Support annual operating plans and rolling forecast cycles; help teams stay aligned to targets.
• Build executive-ready materials in Excel/PowerPoint to support timely decisions.
• Convert analysis into clear options, trade-offs, and next-step recommendations.
• Support short-, mid-, and long-term strategy development, tracking execution progress.
• Help review and refresh business portfolio priorities as conditions evolve.
• Conduct market sensing across customers, competitors, and industry trends.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to surface issues early, align stakeholders, and drive closure.
• Help run planning/strategy operating rhythms (meeting agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups)
