• Oversee finance, operations and sales strategy.
• Develop and implement policies and processes to support growth and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with staff, board, and Producing Artistic Director to prioritize administrative and organizational initiatives.
• Provide reporting and oversight across departments to ensure alignment with the theater's mission.
