Job summary

Manifest OS is hiring a Manager, Strategy & Operations in New York City to lead the Mission and Extraordinary Ability Club initiatives. You'll be responsible for community growth, engagement, and ensuring members are converted to clients of Manifest Law.

Ideal candidates have significant experience in strategic roles, strong leadership capabilities, and a genuine interest in legal services and community dynamics. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and personal relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, banking, growth, or a senior generalist role at an early-stage startup.
• A track record of owning a number — you can name the goal, the strategy, and the outcome.
• Equally strong at strategy and execution; you don't need either handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and growth roadmap for the Mission community.
• Scale the Extraordinary Ability Club from thousands to tens of thousands of members.
• Build acquisition channels, partnerships, and referral mechanics.
