Job summary

Young Moms Together seeks a strategic, mission-driven CEO to guide the organization through a pivotal period of growth, capacity building, and statewide impact, partnering with the Board, staff, donors, and public agencies to advance the 2026-2030 plan and strengthen long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience budgeting, financial management, fundraising, and revenue development.
• Executive leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions, communicate impact, and foster accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of YMT's strategic plan and organizational priorities.
• Establish clear performance expectations, accountability systems, and measures of success.
• Assess the leadership structure needed to achieve YMT's goals and recruit, develop leaders.
• Strengthen organizational systems and decision-making processes.
• Coach and develop emerging senior leaders and ensure collaboration across the organization.
• Ensure high-quality, participant-centered services across all programs.
• Support integration and growth of housing-stability and community-based services.
• Oversee organizational risk-management and governance practices.
