Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy to partner with the VP of Corporate Strategy and executives. You will support the development of the vision, mission and long-term objectives through rigorous analysis, data synthesis and stakeholder alignment across functions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant corporate strategy, finance, transformations, or business development experience.
• Management consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh the enterprise strategic roadmap with VP input.
• Synthesize business strategies and analyze enterprise impact.
• Engage business-unit leaders to align priorities with strategy.
• Lead stakeholder interviews to identify trends and issues.
• Lead strategy setting exercises and scenario planning.
• Shape communications and cascade strategy across the organization.
• Provide rigorous analysis to guide near-term and long-term opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex issues into actionable recommendations.
• Measure progress against defined objectives and share intel on competition.
