Job summary

Huntington Bank in Charlotte is seeking a Commercial and Digital Strategy Intern to support the team in strategic engagements, market analysis, and digital initiatives. You will work with coverage leaders, product owners, and key functional partners to help shape growth opportunities and improve operations.

The internship includes onboarding, training, and a capstone project, with exposure to senior leaders and a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in business or quantitative field.
• Target graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and complex strategic analysis projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic engagements across the Commercial Bank with senior team members and leaders.
• Conduct internal stakeholder interviews and benchmarking to identify growth or transformation opportunities.
• Execute primary and secondary research, analytics and competitor analysis to inform engagements.
• Coordinate and deliver strategic presentations to senior management with cross-functional input.
• Perform ad-hoc strategic market analyses and contribute to Capstone Project work.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
