Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to develop strategic plans and frameworks focusing on industry structure, vertical integration, and new business models/technology.
- Research and analyze opportunities with thorough due diligence and understanding of target industry and key participants.
- Assess, analyze, structure, negotiate, document, and execute corporate investment transactions.
- Collaborate with internal Legal, Accounting, Tax and external advisors to ensure smooth execution.
