Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Guidance Navigation Control Engineer: Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Product Lead for our Chandler, AZ location. This Level 4/5 position requires expertise in software development and GNC algorithms within missile systems.

The candidate will design, develop, and validate simulation models while mentoring a team of engineers. The role involves a 9/80 work schedule and necessitates an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Competitive salary and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages.
• Experience with GNC systems and simulation models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop missile guidance algorithms and software.
• Conduct testing and validation of simulation models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integration.
• Manage technical projects and customer communications.
