Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end material flow and supplier performance across the organization, reporting to the General Manager. You will drive sourcing, planning, inventory, and logistics, with collaboration across functions to meet customer commitments.

Ten-plus years in SCM with at least five in leadership, and experience with international suppliers and global sourcing, are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading supply chain operations in a low-volume, high-mix, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing international suppliers and global sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen, including ERP/MRP, inventory optimization, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain organization across sourcing, purchasing, planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and supplier development.
• Drive supplier performance by developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and improving quality, delivery, and cost.
• Oversee materials planning, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure material availability and alignment with production schedules.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders to align supply chain with customer and operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on supplier development, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
